Jackall Transam vibe 95mm

The Jackall Transam 95mm weighs 20g and is the first vibe that I caught barra on in Central Queensland and it is still my favorite. It sinks quickly and has a really tight vibration at a range of speeds.

Effective across a wide range of retrieves from vertically vibing through schools of fish or casting over flats and hopping back to the boat, its versatility is its biggest asset.

The only down side to this lure is also a a plus and that is that the trebles are a little on the lite side ... that is offset by the fact that the lighter hooks make it much easier to retrieve the lure when hook on structure. Of course if you don't exploit structure you may miss fish.

The three colours I carry in my "TPE baits" lure box are:

transa-suji shrimp transam-blue-tiger transam-gost-black
Brown suji shrimp - natural prawn colours Blue tiger - a light sardine colour Ghost black - black body, olive chest and white & black eyest3

I have not been able to confirm that the Jackal Transam is made from TPE but I am reasonably confident that my small selection of Transams have been stowed in my "TPE baits" lure box for over a year are made from TPE. That seems to be confirmed by the fact that there has not been any of the derogation you would otherwise expect to any of the soft plastics stored in that box.

Zerek, Chasebait, Transams & Barumbah lures made from straight TPE material and ZMan softies made from their "Plastec TPE" melt and deform traditional plastasol soft plastics and PVC lure boxes so must be stored away from all plastisol soft plastics in a non-PVC based container or their original sealed packaging.

Mine are stored individual non-PVC based zip lock bags laid flat in a PVC free lure box.
