We are currently experiencing a technical issue with stored card payments. If you receive the error message: “Error occurred when making the payment. Please contact the property”, please re-enter the same card details as a New Card. If payment still does not process, check-in will need to be completed manually via Reception. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

- Car + boat/trailer registration (e.g. 123ABC/AB1234)
- Estimated time of arrival (if known)
- E-news subscription preference (Yes/No)
- Final balance payment (if applicable) (Please see note above regarding some technical issue with payments)

If you’d prefer a personal touch, you’re welcome to skip online check-in and visit our friendly Guest Services Team at reception on arrival. Please note, during busy check-in times there may be a short wait.
On Arrival
If Pre Check-In is completed by 10am on your arrival day:
- You’ll receive an email by 11am with:
- Site number
- Boomgate code
- Park map & info
- Once you receive the email you are welcome to take advantage of our contactless check in and enter the park, alternatively if you prefer to check in via reception please see your friendly Guest Services team at Reception who will welcome you and print your arrival information.
- Ensuite keys can be collected from reception after 12pm.
- If you don’t receive the email, please check your spam/junk folder for [email protected], or visit reception.
Extra notes:
- Second vehicles require approval at reception ($7 per night, must fit on your site).
- One boat/jetski is allowed if it fits on your site (rego required before arrival).
- If you only need temporary access to drop off a boat or jet ski to your site you will need to come into reception and arrange a temporary drop off code on arrival.
Park Guidelines
- Speed limit: 8km/h for all vehicles, bikes & scooters
- No skateboards or electric scooters allowed
- Bikes & scooters only during daylight hours
Additional Information
- Construction nearby: Nearby development of highrise, some daytime noise (Mon–Sat, 6:30am–4:00pm).
- Wi-Fi: Not available at this time, some areas of the park may be able to connect to the city’s Free WiFi service “Surfnet”
- Pets: Not permitted (except certified assistance animals with documentation provided in advance).
- Reception Hours: 8:00am–6:00pm (Pre Check-In required for late arrivals).

Also for members that cant go out off Mooloolaba in their boats,
you are able to fish the Maroochy river – Mouth of River to Browns
Rocks
