Each time you sign-in you will be directed to the "Welcome Members" page. On this page you will find our members management section and from here you can change your password, update your email address and unsubscribe from our service. If you are a Paypal customer, unsubscribing from our service will take you to Paypal to terminate your re-occurring payment.
*Understanding Cancellations*
It's important to understand that a Cancellation is not an EOT ( End Of Term ). All that happens during a Cancellation event, is that billing is stopped, and it's understood that the Member is going to lose access, at some point in the future. This does NOT mean, that access will be revoked immediately. A separate EOT event will automatically handle a (demotion or deletion) later, at the appropriate time.
*Steps in the PayPal cancellation process*
To cancel you reoccurring payment, log into your PayPal® account and cancel the Subscription as follows.
- Enter your PayPal user name and password.
- In the search box at the top right hand side of the page type "pre-approved payments" - this will give you a link to your pre-approved payments list - click the link to open the pre-approved payments list.
- Select to the pre-approved payment in the list that you want to cancel.
- Click the "Cancel" button.
- Job done.
